Application effect of psychological nursing combined with humanistic care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with humanistic care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods A total of 56 parturients were randomly divided into control group and study group according to computer table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received psychological nursing combined with humanistic care.Clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physiological function,physical function and sleep indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of social function were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with humanistic care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing has a good effect,can improve its clinical indicators,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and maternal nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance are high,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
