摘要
目的 探讨赋能健康教育联合体贴式护理对高龄经产妇负性情绪和分娩结局的影响.方法 择80例高龄经产妇为研究对象,利用电脑数字随机表法随机分为观察组和对照组;对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予在对照组基础上给予赋能健康教育联合体贴式护理,比较两组干预后的效果.结果 干预后,观察组患者的满意度、自然分娩率高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组产妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、新生儿胎儿窘迫、窒息发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 赋能健康教育联合体贴式护理有效疏导高龄经产妇应用效果良好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of empowering health education combined with considerate nursing on negative emotions and delivery outcomes of elderly multiparathiums.Methods A total of 80 elderly parturients were randomly divided into observation group and control group by computer random table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given empowering health education combined with considerate nursing on the basis of the control group.The effects of intervention between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the satisfaction and natural delivery rate of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The scores of maternal self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),neonatal fetal distress and asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Empowering health education combined with considerate nursing has a good effect on the treatment of elderly menpara.
