Application effect of humanistic care nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care in perioperative period for patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 116 patients with perioperative uterine fibroids were selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received humanistic nursing,and the psychological state,complication rate and postoperative recovery indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The time of anal exhaust,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative pain score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanistic care in perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids is good,which can effectively relieve anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of complications,and accelerate the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
