Application effect of safety culture concept combined with psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing
Objective To explore the application effect of safety culture concept combined with psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods A total of 54 patients were selected as study objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given safety culture concept combined with psychological nursing.The psychological state,nursing management effectiveness,nursing error rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of mental state in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of nursing quality and safety awareness in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing error rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of safety culture concept combined with psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing has a good effect,which can improve the effectiveness of nursing management,improve psychological state,reduce nursing error rate,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
