Application effect of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing in perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing combined with pain nursing.The adverse mood,pain degree,sleep status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in scores of anxiety,depression,pain and sleep status between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression,pain and sleep status in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in quality of life scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing combined with pain nursing in perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids is good,which can improve their bad mood,relieve pain,improve sleep quality and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
