The application effect of humanized doula delivery in the nursing care of women in painless delivery
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized doula nursing for parturient women in painless labor.Methods A total of 240 parturients with painless delivery were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission time,120 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery care,and the observation group received humanized doula delivery care.The duration of labor,anxiety and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and SAS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole humanized doula nursing intervention can shorten the duration of labor,improve maternal anxiety,and nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
