Analysis of emergency nursing intervention effect of midwives in delivery rooms on postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing intervention by midwives in the delivery room on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 263 parturients were selected.130 parturients receiving routine obstetric care were selected as the control group, and 133 parturients receiving emergency nursing intervention in the delivery room were selected as the observation group.Postpartum hemorrhage and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The postpartum blood loss at 2 h and 24 h in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the postpartum bleeding time was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia, premature delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum infection and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention through midwives in the delivery room can effectively reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and improve maternal and infant outcomes, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
