Effect of quality nursing on perioperative bad mood in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients
Objective To explore the influence of quality nursing on perioperative bad mood in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.Methods A total of 92 laparoscopic patients were selected and divided into control group(with routine nursing)and observation group(with full quality nursing+routine nursing)according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.The mental state,pain and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the observation group on day 2 and day 5 after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group(6.52±1.21)d was shorter than that of control group(7.68±1.32)d(P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients to implement the whole process of high-quality nursing effect is better,can effectively improve patients'bad mood,reduce pain,shorten the length of hospital stay.
