目的 探讨产科护理指导对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的影响。方法 选取90例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇，根据随机数字表法分为两组，每组45例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予产科综合护理。对比两组护理效果。结果 分娩后2h，两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)指标均较护理前明显下降，观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P＜0。05)。观察组妊娠结局优于对照组(P＜0。05)。观察组和对照组产妇并发症发生率分别为6。67％、40。00％，观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0。05)。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行产科综合护理，可以有效地控制孕妇的血糖水平，改善妊娠结局，减少并发症发生，具有临床推广价值。
Obstetric nursing guidance and effect analysis of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To explore the influence of obstetric nursing guidance on pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 90 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive obstetric nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results At 2 h after delivery,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)indexes in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before care,and the improvement degree of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P＜0.05).The pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group and the control group were 6.67％and 40.00％,respectively,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive obstetric care for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can effectively control the level of blood sugar,improve the outcome of pregnancy,reduce the occurrence of complications,and have clinical popularization value.
