The influence of the"front side back"three line relaxation method on the negative emotions and delivery outcomes of primiparous women
Objective To explore the impact of the"front side back"three-line relaxation method on the negative emotions and delivery outcomes of primiparous women. Methods 90 primiparous women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the study group received a three line relaxation method of"anterior lateral posterior".The fear of childbirth, anxiety level, duration of labor, and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention and before delivery, the Wijma delivery expectancy scale and pregnancy related anxiety scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The duration of the first, second, and third stages of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The cesarean section rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, and neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of the"front side back"three line relaxation method in primiparous women can alleviate their fear and anxiety during childbirth, and improve delivery outcomes.
