Effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on prevention of urinary retention after painless delivery
Objective To explore the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on preventing postpartum urinary retention after painless delivery.Methods 120 parturients who underwent painless delivery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The single and double number method was used for grouping,with single number included in the control group and double number included in the combination group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the combined group adopted thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The score of the sense of urination patency,the time of first urination,the amount of urination,and the incidence of postpartum urinary retention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,After intervention,the combined group had a higher urinary patency score than the control group,a shorter first urination time,and a higher first urination volume than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postpartum urinary retention in the combined group was 1.67%,lower than 13.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of thunder fire moxibustion and acupoint massage can not only shorten the first urination time of the parturient,but also reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention,which is worthy of clinical application.
