Related influencing factors of vaginal delivery for recurrent pregnancy after cesarean section
Objective To explore the influencing factors of vaginal delivery during re pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods 80 pregnant women who had re conceived after cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to different delivery methods, they were divided into a vaginal delivery group and a cesarean section group, with 40 cases in each group.Retrospective analysis of the basic data of two groups, including age, parity, pre pregnancy body mass index, and interval between last cesarean section,to summarize and analyze the influencing factors of re pregnancy and vaginal delivery after cesarean section. Results The multi factor analysis showed that age ≤30 years old and pre pregnancy body mass index ≤25 kg/m2、The interval between last cesarean section>2 years, the thickness of the lower segment of the uterus>2 mm,the Bishop score of the cervix before delivery>5 points, and a history of adverse pregnancy outcomes are the influencing factors for vaginal delivery after cesarean section(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,pre pregnancy body mass index, interval between last cesarean section, thickness of the lower segment of the uterus,Bishop score of the cervix before delivery, and history of adverse pregnancy outcomes are influencing factors for re pregnancy and vaginal delivery after cesarean section.Clinical attention should be paid to pre delivery, and relevant preparations should be made in advance to maximize the success rate of vaginal delivery, improve maternal and infant outcomes, and enhance delivery quality.
