The feasibility study of clinical pharmacist's intervention on treatment management of pregnant women with diabetes under MDT mode
Objective To explore the feasibility of clinical pharmacists'intervention in the treatment management of pregnant women with diabetes under the MDT model.Methods 180 cases of pregnant women with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in each group.The control group received routine pharmaceutical services,while the experimental group received pharmaceutical intervention services under MDT mode on the basis of the control group.Follow up for 3 months,compare the postprandial 2-hour blood glucose,total score of drug suitability index,medication compliance score,quality of life,and satisfaction between two groups of postpartum women.Results After intervention,the experimental group had lower postprandial blood glucose levels than the control group at 2 hours,higher scores on medication adherence,quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire,and subjective well-being scale than the control group,and lower scores on drug suitability index than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pharmaceutical intervention under MDT mode is beneficial to the management of hypoglycemic treatment for pregnant women with diabetes.
