The effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis
Objective To explore the effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 66 patients with endometriosis in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The conventional group underwent traditional open surgery, while the experimental group underwent laparoscopic surgery. The surgical related indicators and symptom relief of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the conventional group, and the duration of antibiotic use and hospitalization was shorter than that in the conventional group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The one-year pregnancy rate, postoperative dysmenorrhea relief rate, postoperative sexual intercourse pain relief rate, and chronic pelvic pain relief rate in the experimental group were all higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of endometriosis.Compared with open surgery,it has smaller surgical trauma, fewer complications, and more ideal patient recovery effects. Therefore,it is worth promoting widely in clinical practice.
