The application effect of dexmedetomidine in the general anesthesia recovery period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine in the general anesthesia recovery period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 62 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery and general anesthesia with tracheal intubation were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was infused with 0.9%sodium chloride injection, while the exploration group was infused with dexmedetomidine. The hemodynamic indicators, anesthesia effect, recovery time, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results At the time of extubation and 5 minutes after extubation, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure level of the exploration group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The PAED and Ramsay scores of the exploration group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in extubation, wakefulness, and spontaneous breathing time between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine is highly safe, has no negative impact on the quality of awakening, and can inhibit hemodynamic fluctuations to ensure the quality of general anesthesia awakening.
