The effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension
Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Methods 60 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with labetalol, while the experimental group was treated with a combination of low-molecular-weight heparin sodium and labetalol. The pregnancy induced hypertension related indicators, uterine hemodynamic indicators, and placental growth factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the average arterial pressure, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment, the pulsatile index, resistance index, and ratio of umbilical artery systolic and diastolic pressure in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the pregnancy related plasma protein A levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and placental growth factor were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of low molecular weight heparin sodium and labetalol can effectively improve blood pressure related indicators, uterine hemodynamic indicators, and placental growth factor levels in patients with gestational hypertension. It is worth promoting.
