Clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue prescription in treating PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue prescription in the treatment of infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 70 patients with PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group received routine treatment,while the study group received additional treatment with Bushen Huoxue prescription on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14％,which was higher than the reference group's 77.14％(P＜0.05);After treatment,the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of the study group were greater than those of the control group,while the number of follicles was less than that of the control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Bushen Huoxue prescription has good clinical efficacy in treating PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and it is recommended to promotion and application.
