A study on the effect of levofloxacin combined with Danhuang Quyu capsules on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors of chronic pelvic inflammation
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with Danhuang Quyu capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 52 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,while the study group was treated with levofloxacin combined with Danhuang Quyu capsules.The therapeutic effects and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.15％,which was higher than the control group's 76.92％,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);After treatment,the study group treated with interleukin-1 β、Interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-a The level was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of levofloxacin and Danhuang Quyu capsules can achieve more precise therapeutic effects on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,effectively inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,and have application and promotion value.
