Exploring the clinical efficacy of euthyrox in treating gestational hypothyroidism and its impact on thyroid hormone levels
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of euthyrox in treating gestational hypothyroidism and its impact on thyroid hormone levels. Methods 598 pregnant women with gestational hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 299 cases in each group. The control group was treated with thyroid tablets, while the study group was treated with euthyrox. The thyroid hormone levels and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.66%,which was higher than the control group's 90.64%(P<0.05);After medication, the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone and anti thyroid peroxidase antibodies in the study group were lower than those in the control group in early, mid, and late pregnancy, and the serum free thyroid hormone levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of euthyrox in the treatment of gestational hypothyroidism can regulate thyroid hormone levels, improve thyroid function, and enhance clinical treatment effectiveness.
