Clinical efficacy analysis of modified Danggui Liuhuang decoction in the treatment of sweat syndrome in menopausal women
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Danggui Liuhuang decoction in the treatment of sweat syndrome in menopausal women.Methods 60 menopausal female patients from outpatient clinics were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups based on the drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oryzanol,while the experimental group was treated with modified Danggui Liu Huang decoction.The treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the experimental group had lower scores of insomnia,dreaminess,irritability,fatigue,headache,and headache compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 0%,lower than the control group's 13.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Danggui Liuhuang decoction can significantly improve the sweating symptoms of patients with menopausal sweating syndrome,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
