多排螺旋CT检查诊断宫颈癌的有效性评价

摘要
目的 探讨多排螺旋CT检查诊断宫颈癌的有效性.方法 选取本院50例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,对其进行多排螺旋CT检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,分析多排螺旋CT检查的诊断效能.结果 多排螺旋CT检查诊断检出率和病理检查检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);多排螺旋CT检查诊断的分期诊断准确率低于病理检查(P＜0.05).结论 宫颈癌应用多排螺旋CT检查,虽然具有一定效果,但是分期诊断准确率低于病理检查,可进一步提高或结合其他手段以提高诊断准确率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of multi row spiral CT in diagnosing cervical cancer.Methods 50 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and underwent multi row spiral CT examination.The diagnostic efficacy of multi row spiral CT examination was analyzed based on the pathological examination results as the gold standard.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the diagnostic detection rate and pathological detection rate of multi row spiral CT examination(P＞0.05);The staging diagnostic accuracy of multi row spiral CT examination was lower than that of pathological examination(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of multi row spiral CT in cervical cancer has certain effects,but the accuracy of staging diagnosis is lower than that of pathological examination.It can be further improved or combined with other methods to improve diagnostic accuracy.
