The diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound imaging for premature ovarian failure
Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound imaging on premature ovarian failure. Methods A total of 68 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to our hospital were selected as the study group, and 68 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at the same time were selected as the control group.Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound imaging was performed to compare the ultrasound imaging characteristics, hemodynamic indicators, and bilateral ovarian diameters and anterior posterior diameters between the two groups. Results The endometrial thickness, follicle size, and uterine volume of the study group were smaller than those of the control group, and the number of follicles was less than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The peak systolic velocity, end diastolic velocity, pulsatile index, and resistance index of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The diameter of the left and right ovaries in the study group was smaller than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can make the ultrasound image features clearer, better observe the internal situation of the uterus, and provide diagnostic basis for early ovarian failure, with significant results.
