Research on the design and application of ideological and political cases in midwifery course teaching
Objective To analyze the value of designing and applying ideological and political cases in midwifery course teaching.Methods 100 students majoring in midwifery at our school were selected as the research subjects,with 50 students from the 2020 cohort as the control group(implementing traditional teaching)and 50 students from the 2021 cohort as the research group(implementing ideological and political case teaching).The professional spirit and humanistic care abilities of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of joining professional organizations,public services,self-discipline,autonomy,sense of mission,and nurse job satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The score of the humanistic care ability scale in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The design of ideological and political cases in midwifery courses can improve students'ideological and political level,cultivate professional ethics and sense of responsibility,strengthen practical ability and comprehensive quality,guide students to develop correct values,and establish correct ideological consciousness.
