助产课程教学中思政案例设计与应用实践研究

目的 分析助产课程教学中思政案例设计与应用实践的价值.方法 选取本校100名助产专业学生为研究对象,其中50名2020级学生为对照组(实施传统教学),50名2021级学生为研究组(实施思政案例教学),比较两组的职业精神、人文关怀能力.结果 研究组加入专业组织、公共服务、自律性、自主性、使命感、护士工作满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组人文关怀能力量表得分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 助产课程中的思政案例设计可提升学生思政水平,并培养职业道德和责任感,同时强化实践能力和综合素质,引导学生养成正确的价值观念,树立正确的思想意识.
Research on the design and application of ideological and political cases in midwifery course teaching
Objective To analyze the value of designing and applying ideological and political cases in midwifery course teaching.Methods 100 students majoring in midwifery at our school were selected as the research subjects,with 50 students from the 2020 cohort as the control group(implementing traditional teaching)and 50 students from the 2021 cohort as the research group(implementing ideological and political case teaching).The professional spirit and humanistic care abilities of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of joining professional organizations,public services,self-discipline,autonomy,sense of mission,and nurse job satisfaction in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The score of the humanistic care ability scale in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The design of ideological and political cases in midwifery courses can improve students'ideological and political level,cultivate professional ethics and sense of responsibility,strengthen practical ability and comprehensive quality,guide students to develop correct values,and establish correct ideological consciousness.
