The application of ISBAR communication model in gynecological emergency nursing
Objective To explore the application effect of ISBAR communication mode in gynecological emergency nursing.Methods 100 gynecological emergency patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases,using a random number table method.The control group used traditional communication mode,while the observation group used ISBAR communication mode on the basis of the control group.The nurse work evaluation,patient condition understanding,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The positive rates of various dimensions of nurse job evaluation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The observation group had significantly higher scores in all dimensions of disease mastery compared to the control group(P＜0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.0％,significantly higher than the control group's 86.0％(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of ISBAR communication mode in gynecological emergency nursing is significant,which can improve the nurse's evaluation affirmation rate,patient's understanding of the condition,and nursing satisfaction.
