The impact of high-quality nursing on the satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy
Objective To explore the impact of high-quality nursing on the satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 73 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the envelope method.The control group(36 cases)received routine care,while the observation group(37 cases)received high-quality care.The anxiety status,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale than the control group,and higher scores on the nursing satisfaction questionnaire and quality of life scale than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.41%,lower than the control group's 25.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing applied to patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy can improve their anxiety,reduce the incidence of complications,and enhance their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
