The impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the maternal and infant prognosis of pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the maternal and infant prognosis of pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia. Methods 100 pregnant women with thrombocytopenia were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The platelet count, postpartum hemorrhage, incidence of maternal and infant complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The average time for the observation group to reach effective platelet count was shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of postpartum bleeding at 24 hours was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);The platelet count levels during pregnancy,3 days before delivery, and 7 days after delivery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than the control group's 18.00%(P<0.05);The Apgar scores of newborns born at 5 and 10 minutes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia can reduce postpartum bleeding, reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications, and increase nursing satisfaction.
