The impact of predictive exercise nursing model on blood pressure and quality of life in patients with preeclampsia
Objective To explore the impact of predictive exercise nursing models on blood pressure and quality of life in patients with gestational hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods 78 patients with preeclampsia were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, each with 39 cases, using a random drawing method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received predictive exercise nursing care. The blood pressure levels and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing, the total score of quality of life in the observation group and the scores in the dimensions of physiology, environment, psychology, and society were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a predictive exercise nursing model for patients with preeclampsia can lower their blood pressure levels and improve their quality of life.
