摘要
目的 探讨宫颈扩张球囊及护理干预用于足月引产的临床效果.方法 选取68例足月引产产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各34例.对照组予以常规干预,观察组予以宫颈扩张球囊及护理干预.比较两组产妇干预后诱发临产时间、经阴道分娩率、胎儿窘迫率、护理满意度.结果 干预后,观察组诱发临产时间短于对照组,经阴道分娩率高于对照组,胎儿窘迫率低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组护理态度、护理能力、安全管理和护理操作评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 宫颈扩张球囊及护理干预用于足月引产的临床效果显著,能有效提高护理满意度,值得推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of cervical dilation balloon and nursing intervention for full-term induced labor.Methods 68 full-term induced labor parturients were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received cervical dilation balloon and nursing intervention.Compare the induction of labor time,vaginal delivery rate,fetal distress rate,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of postpartum women after intervention.Results After intervention,the induction time of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,and the fetal distress rate was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The nursing attitude,nursing ability,safety management,and nursing operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cervical dilation balloon and nursing intervention have a significant clinical effect on full-term induced labor,which can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and is worth promoting and applying.
