Clinical effects of cervical dilation balloon and nursing intervention for full-term induced labor
Objective To explore the clinical effects of cervical dilation balloon and nursing intervention for full-term induced labor. Methods 68 full-term induced labor parturients were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received cervical dilation balloon and nursing intervention.Compare the induction of labor time, vaginal delivery rate, fetal distress rate, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of postpartum women after intervention. Results After intervention, the induction time of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the control group, and the fetal distress rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing attitude, nursing ability, safety management, and nursing operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical dilation balloon and nursing intervention have a significant clinical effect on full-term induced labor, which can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and is worth promoting and applying.
