摘要
目的 探讨快速康复护理对凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产产妇术后康复的影响.方法 选取本院50例凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各25例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复护理,比较两组的首次排气时间、离床活动时间、焦虑情况、睡眠质量及疼痛情况.结果 观察组首次排气时间、离床活动时间短于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表、视觉模拟评分量表评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产产妇实施快速康复护理,有利于加快术后康复速度,并改善术后睡眠质量、疼痛程度,促进产妇身心健康.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of cesarean section women with dangerous placenta previa.Methods 50 women with dangerous placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing care.The first exhaust time,out of bed activity time,anxiety,sleep quality,and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter first exhaust time and time to move out of bed compared to the control group(P＜0.05);The observation group had significantly lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale,pittsburgh sleep quality scale,and visual analog scale than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing for cesarean section women with dangerous placenta previa is beneficial for accelerating postoperative recovery speed,improving postoperative sleep quality and pain level,and promoting maternal physical and mental health.
