The effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of cesarean section women with dangerous placenta previa
Objective To explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of cesarean section women with dangerous placenta previa.Methods 50 women with dangerous placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing care.The first exhaust time,out of bed activity time,anxiety,sleep quality,and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter first exhaust time and time to move out of bed compared to the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had significantly lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale,pittsburgh sleep quality scale,and visual analog scale than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing for cesarean section women with dangerous placenta previa is beneficial for accelerating postoperative recovery speed,improving postoperative sleep quality and pain level,and promoting maternal physical and mental health.
