Application analysis of high-quality one-on-one full delivery care in delivery room nursing
Objective To explore the impact of high-quality one-on-one full delivery care on the effectiveness of delivery room care.Methods 84 postpartum women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery room care,while the observation group received high-quality one-on-one full delivery care.The vaginal delivery situation,delivery time,and psychological status of the two groups of mothers were compared.Results The first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);After nursing,the scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing model of one-on-one full delivery accompaniment applied in delivery room nursing has significant effects,can effectively improve the psychological state of parturients,shorten the delivery time,and increase the vaginal delivery rate of parturients.
