The application of continuous improvement of high-quality nursing management quality in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous improvement of high-quality nursing management quality in the care of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 88 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received continuous improvement in high-quality nursing management.The psychological status,daily living ability,and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale than the control group,and higher scores on the daily living ability scale than the control group(P＜0.05);The observation group had higher scores in basic nursing,nursing documents,ward management,and nursing safety than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement of high-quality nursing management quality applied to the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids can help improve their psychological state,enhance their daily living ability and nursing quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
