The nursing effect of combining high-risk pregnancy management with outpatient delivery assistance in pregnant women with scar uterus and its impact on delivery outcomes
Objective To explore the nursing effect of combining high-risk pregnancy management with outpatient delivery assistance in pregnant women with scarred uterus and its impact on delivery outcomes.Methods 40 pregnant women with scarred uterus were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given high-risk pregnancy management,while the observation group was given high-risk pregnancy management combined with outpatient midwifery care.The psychological status of pregnant women,incidence of adverse delivery outcomes,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the hamilton anxiety scale and hamilton depression scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 85.00%,which was higher than 45.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of high-risk pregnancy management and outpatient midwifery care can improve the negative psychological emotions of pregnant women,reduce the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes,and increase nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
