The impact of home care on negative emotions and quality of life of cervical cancer chemotherapy patients
Objective To explore the impact of home care on negative emotions and quality of life in cervical cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods 40 cervical cancer chemotherapy patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 20 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received home care.The negative emotions and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing care,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale compared to the control group,and higher scores on quality of life compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of home care in cervical cancer chemotherapy patients can effectively alleviate negative emotions,improve quality of life,and has clinical promotion value.
