The intervention effect of emergency nursing in postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To explore the intervention effect of emergency nursing in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 100 postpartum hemorrhage postpartum women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received emergency care.Clinical related indicators, nursing satisfaction, and causes of bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results the 24-hour bleeding volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the hemostasis time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than the control group's 84.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the causes of bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing in postpartum hemorrhage has a significant effect, which can improve clinical related indicators, reduce bleeding volume, shorten bleeding time, and increase nursing satisfaction.
