Effect of Hysteroscopic electrohysterectomy submucosal myoma on reproductive prognosis and ovarian function recovery in patients with submucosal myoma
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic electrohysterectomy submucosal myoma on reproductive prognosis and ovarian function recovery in patients with submucosal myoma. Methods 80 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids were selected and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy(LM),and the study group underwent hysteroscopic transcervical resection of myoma(TCRM).The operation effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and pregnancy rate of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was(35.29±6.30)ml,which was less than(38.80±6.21)ml in the control group, the first anal exhaust, getting out of bed activity and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group, and the time between first pregnancy and operation was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol and antral follicle number before and 3 months after operation were not statistically significant the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TCRM and LM have little effect on ovarian function in the treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids, but TCRM is more beneficial in promoting postoperative recovery and shortening the time of first pregnancy.
