The application effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gynecological tumors
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on patients with gynecological tumors. Methods 76 patients with gynecological tumors were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional open surgery, and the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, peritoneal drainage flow, exhaust time, drainage tube removal time, getting out of bed time, eating time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter or less(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 5.26%,which was lower than 21.05%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the visual analogue scores of the study group were lower at 6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery on gynecological tumor patients is ideal, with less surgical trauma, less postoperative pain, faster postoperative recovery, and is conducive to reducing postoperative complications.
