Effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy of uterine fibroids on cervical microcirculation and ovarian function in patients with hysteromyoma
Objective To study the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy of uterine fibroids. Methods 300 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the study subjects and were divided into a routine group(150 cases)and a research group(150 cases)according to coin toss. The laparoscopic myomectomy was performed in the routine group, and the hysteroscopic electrotomy was performed in the research group. The operative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After operation, the capillary diameter, cervical blood perfusion and blood flow score of the research group were(6.45±0.40)μm,(0.85±0.08)V and(0.62±0.09)points,respectively,which were better than(5.96±0.40)μm,(1.01±0.10)V,(0.91±0.12)points of the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation, there were no significant differences in the levels of various ovarian function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy on patients with uterine fibroids is ideal, and it is worth popularizing.
