Clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with drospirosterone ethoestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and its influence on patients'estrogen levels
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with drospirosterone ethoestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and its effect on patients'estrogen levels.Methods 40 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected as the research objects and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,and the study group was treated with drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)on this basis.The clinical efficacy and estrogen levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00％,which was higher than 70.00％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with drospirosterone ethoestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)can regulate estrogen levels and improve the therapeutic effect of abnormal uterine bleeding.
