Analysis of the effect of medical abortion combined with uterine clearing for terminating pregnancy with scarred uterus
Objective To analyze the effect of medical abortion combined with uterine clearing in terminating pregnancy with scarred uterus.Methods 140 patients with scar uterine pregnancy who voluntarily terminated pregnancy were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was terminated by negative pressure aspiration,and the study group was terminated by medical abortion combined with uterine clearing.After treatment intervention,the amount of vaginal bleeding,degree of cervical dilation,postoperative bleeding time and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding and postoperative bleeding time in the study group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The rate of cervical dilatation difficulty in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 98.6％,which was significantly better than 90.0％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of medical abortion combined with uterine clearance in the treatment of terminating pregnancy with scarred uterus can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and the difficulty of operation,especially for those with a history of secondary cesarean section,can effectively improve the safety of termination of pregnancy,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
