Effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of recurrent abortion with elevated uterine artery flow resistance
Objective To analyze the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of recurrent abortion with elevated uterine artery flow resistance. Methods 150 patients with recurrent abortion were selected and were divided into a control group and a study group by random table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with desdrogesterone, and the study group was treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin. The uterine artery resistance index, hormone levels and coagulation function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the left and right uterine artery resistance indexes of the study group were(0.52±0.11)and(0.46±0.12),respectively,which were lower than(0.72±0.13)and(0.72±0.16)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of various hormone indexes and coagulation function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin can improve the uterine artery blood flow resistance, regulate the hormone levels, improve the coagulation function of recurrent abortion patients, and has the effect of fetal protection, which is worthy of promotion and application.
