Study on effect of Lichang applying umbilical bag to promote the intestinal function recovery after cesarean section
Objective To explore the effect of Lichang applying umbilical bag to promote the intestinal function recovery after cesarean section.Methods 100 women with high risk factors of flatulence after cesarean section were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with Lichang applying umbilical bag on the basis of the control group.The recovery time of bowel sound,postoperative exhaust time,eating time,defecation time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared,and their satisfaction with the working attitude of the nursing staff was compared.The incidence of related adverse events and sleep quality of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,postoperative exhaust time,feeding time,first defecation time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction scores of nursing staff working attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and other related complications in the study group was 6.00％,which was significantly lower than 22.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Lichang applying umbilical bag in the recovery of intestinal function after cesarean section can combine the three effects of drugs,acupoints and hyperthermia to ensure the maximum effect,effectively shorten the clinical recovery time of parturient women,reduce the incidence of complications,improve their sleep quality and work attitude satisfaction of nursing staff.
