Effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods 100 pregnant women with missed abortion were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 100 mg mifepristone combined with 0.6 mg misoprostol, and the study group was treated with 200 mg mifepristone(orally divided into 2 days)combined with 0.6 mg misoprostol. The normal time of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)level and the success rate of missed abortion treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of treatment in the study group was 84.00%,which was higher than 66.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of HCG level in the study group was(23.62±1.47)d,which was shorter than(25.03±1.54)d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 200 mg oral mifepristone in 2 days combined with misoprostol can effectively improve the success rate of missed abortion treatment and shorten the recovery time of HCG.
