Clinical value of hormone replacement therapy in patients with climacteric syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical value of hormone replacement therapy in patients with climacteric syndrome. Methods 100 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets, and the study group was treated with natural progesterone combined with estradiol valerate tablets. The hormone levels, uterine improvement, bone condition and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the hormone levels and endometrial thickness in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the spinal bone density and femoral neck bone density of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the osteocalcin and parathyroid hormone were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 14.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Natural progesterone combined with estradiol valerate tablets can significantly regulate hormone levels and improve endometrial thickness in patients with climacteric syndrome.
