Effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise rehabilitation treatment on patients with pelvic floor dysfunction
Objective To explore the clinical effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise rehabilitation treatment in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 68 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle function exercise rehabilitation treatment, and the study group was treated with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the classification of pelvic floor muscle strength in the study group was better(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of neutral satisfaction, sexual pain, vaginal wetness and frequency of orgasm in the study group were(54.32±4.01)points,(35.28±3.71)points,(48.35±4.08)points and(36.03±2.18)points,respectively,which were higher than(41.08±3.76)points,(28.93±3.36)points,(37.75±3.12)points and(36.19±2.26)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy and pelvic floor muscle function exercise rehabilitation treatment is ideal in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, and it has the value of popularization and application.
