Effect of estrogen combined with lacidophilin vaginal capsules in the treatment of senile vaginitis
Objective To analyze the effect of estrogen combined with lacidophilin vaginal capsules on senile vaginitis.Methods 50 patients of senile vaginitis were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lacidophilin vaginal capsules,and the study group was treated with estrogen on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00％,which was higher than 76.00％of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptom scores of the study group were lower,the levels of inflammatory factors were lower,and the levels of sex hormone were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of senile vaginitis,estrogen combined with lacidophilin vaginal capsules can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,without affecting the levels of sex hormone,and the symptoms of patients can be significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
