Effect analysis of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in mid-term pregnancy induced abortion
Objective To analyze the effect of the mifepristone combined with misoprostol in mid-term pregnancy induced abortion. Methods 96 mid-term pregnancy patients who voluntarily underwent induced abortion were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the order of admission, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rivanol injection, and the study group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol. The effects of induction of labor, postpartum blood loss and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The time from contraction to the end of labor induction and the time of labor induction in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postpartum blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol is effective and safe in mid-term pregnancy induced abortion,it's an effective treatment.
