生活方式干预联合优思悦对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素、排卵水平的影响

摘要
目的 分析生活方式干预联合优思悦对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素、排卵水平的影响.方法 选取120例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,随机分为对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组及研究组,每组40例.对照Ⅰ组采用生活方式干预,对照Ⅱ组采用优思悦治疗,研究组采用生活方式干预联合优思悦干预.对比三组患者的性激素水平、排卵水平、胰岛素水平及体质量指数.结果 与对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组比较,研究组干预12个月的各项性激素水平及代谢水平均更低(P＜0.05).与对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组比较,研究组干预12个月抗苗勒管激素水平更高,研究组干预12个月的成熟卵泡数为(3.18±0.45)个,多于对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组的(1.80±0.27)个、(1.83±0.31)个(P＜0.05).结论 生活方式干预联合优思悦可有效改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的性激素水平,恢复正常排卵,降低胰岛素水平及体质量指数.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of lifestyle intervention combined with Yousiyue on sex hormones and ovulation levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 120 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into the control group Ⅰ,the control group Ⅱ and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group Ⅰ was treated with lifestyle intervention,the control group Ⅱ was treated with Yousiyue,and the study group was treated with lifestyle intervention combined with Yousiyue intervention.The sex hormone levels,ovulation levels,insulin level and body mass index of the three groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group Ⅰand the control group Ⅱ,the various sex hormone levels and metabolic levels in the study group were lower at 12 months of intervention(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group Ⅰ and the control group Ⅱ,the level of anti-Muller hormone in the study group was higher after 12 months of intervention,and the number of mature follicles in the study group was(3.18±0.45),more than(1.80±0.27)and(1.83±0.31)in the control group Ⅰ and the control group Ⅱ(P＜0.05).Conclusion Life style intervention combined with Yousiyue can effectively improve the sex hormone levels,restore normal ovulation,reduce insulin level and body mass index in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
