Clinical efficacy observation of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors
Objective To observe the effect of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors.Methods 30 patients with uterine fibroids and 30 patients with ovarian tumors were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by 64 slice spiral CT.The results were analyzed.Results The display rate of the uterine artery in the uterine fibroid group was 76.67％,lower than 100％in the ovarian tumor group,and the mean diameter was(9.31±1.05)cm,lower than(11.26±2.31)cm in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);there were no significant differences in the ovarian venous imaging rate,ovarian artery imaging rate and diagnostic accuracy between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT scanning has many advantages in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors,which can provide high-quality image information,make accurate assessment of the disease,and lay a good foundation for the formulation of treatment plan.
