Clinical application of daily lifestyle management in 5 A nursing intervention mode for improving the quality of life in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome
Objective To investigate the effect of daily lifestyle management in 5A nursing intervention mode on the quality of life of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 100 patients with PCOS in childbearing age were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing intervention mode,and the observation group adopted the 5A nursing intervention mode.6 months after the intervention,the quality of life of the two groups was compared.Results After 6 months of intervention,only acne score,body mass score and total score in the control group were significantly higher than before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of hirsutism,menstrual disorder,acne,body mass,infertility and bad mood in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total score of quality of life in the observation group was(132.92±13.66)points,higher than(121.92±4.24)points in the control group,and significantly higher than before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 5A nursing intervention mode in the daily lifestyle management of PCOS patients can significantly improve their quality of life.
