Effect of comprehensive nursing combined with Ziwu Liuzhu traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing on pain syndrome after gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with Ziwu Liuzhu traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing in treating pain syndrome after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 120 patients with pain syndrome after laparoscopic surgery were selected as the study objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive nursing,and the observation group was treated with Ziwu Liuzhu traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing.The pain score,pain relief effect,nursing satisfaction and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the first intervention and 3 times of intervention(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was 95.00％,which was significantly higher than 83.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67％,which was significantly higher than 86.66％of the control group(P＜0.05).The length of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with Ziwu Liuzhu traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing can improve the symptoms of lumbago,promote rapid recovery and shorten hospital stay in gynecological laparoscopic patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
